Balance Your Hormones with Meditation

Sure, we've heard that meditation can help with stress, frustration, anxiety, and depression but what does this mean for our hormonal wellbeing? 

As women, most of us can relate to the challenges of hormonal fluctuations throughout the month. Think about symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, insomnia, grouchiness, cramps, headaches, infertility, PCOS, fibroids, etc. (NO THANK YOU). 

Meditating plays a key role in becoming masterful at alleviating hormone related signs and symptoms AND it's available to you without any fancy equipment, side effects, or a high price tag! 

First and foremost it helps us shift from "fight or flight" mode into "rest and digest" which is a deeply healing state. This ensures that our bodies not only produce higher levels of dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin (happy hormones) but also that our bodies are more effectively detoxifying hormonal waste, environmental pollutants, viruses, bacteria and MORE from our system.
