The Invitation

The Five Element Oracle Apprenticeship is a nine-month passage through the wisdom of Chinese Medicine — created for women who are devoted to their evolution, personally and professionally.

It is a sanctuary for healing and a school for mastery:
a place to root into you who are and expand how you serve.

Through the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water — you’ll strengthen your capacity, clarify your purpose, and learn to carry this medicine into your work, your relationships, and your community.

Held once a year for twelve women, this is the only way to work with Hana directly —an intimate, high-touch apprenticeship for those ready to deepen their competence and their impact.

The Transformation Arc

This journey moves in rhythm with nature itself — from the inward Yin of healing to the outward Yang of service.

Phase One: The Balanced Woman: Healing & Rebirth

Your spring begins with softening, clearing, and returning to center.
Through food as medicine, movement, meditation, and elemental rituals, you restore vitality, rebalance your hormones, regulate your emotions, and rebuild trust with your body.

This is where your foundation is restored and where peace takes root.

Phase Two: The Five Element Oracle Apprenticeship: Mastery & Service

As the year matures, you expand outward.
You learn to see through the lens of the Five Elements — reading patterns in the body, emotions, and spirit with confidence.
You’ll study Face Reading, Birth Chart Interpretation, and Five Element Energy Clearing, becoming fluent in the language of elemental transformation.

This is the shift from healing to service — from receiving the medicine to becoming it.

The Journey Timeline

A nine-month passage through the rhythm of nature

This apprenticeship moves in harmony with the elemental cycle — from rebirth in spring to completion in autumn.
Each phase is a season of your becoming: physical, emotional, spiritual, and elemental.

It begins in stillness and renewal — the Yin of The Balanced Woman — and unfolds into depth, skill, and applied wisdom — the Yang of The Five Element Oracle Apprenticeship.

Phase One: The Balanced Woman (March 21 – June 21, 2026)

The Yin Arc — Healing and Rebirth

Month 1 — Physical Healing and Energetic Reset (March 21 – April 21)
You begin by learning your unique elemental constitution and how to nourish your body using Chinese nutrition principles.
We move through a gentle, collective cleanse to reset the system, reduce inflammation, and restore vitality.
You learn Qi Gong to awaken your energy, clear stagnation, and reconnect with your physical center — preparing your body for the deeper emotional work.
You’ll also discover how your hormonal cycle mirrors the Five Elements and how to work with it for balance, ease, and resilience.

Month 2 — Emotional Release & Pattern Resolution (April 21 – May 21)
With your body supported and clearer, you’re ready for emotional transformation.
This month centers on meditative practices, guided emotional release, elemental pattern resolution, and acupressure techniques that help dissolve long-held wounds and habitual reactions that have shaped your life.
You learn to feel fully without overwhelm, to release without collapse, and to meet yourself with honesty and compassion.

Month 3 — Relationships, Alignment, & Manifestation (May 21 – June 21)
This month is about integration — bringing your healing into your relationships and daily life.
You learn to see your relationship dynamics through the elemental lens, resolving tension, over-giving, people-pleasing, and patterns that diminish your energy.
Your environment, habits, and outer world begin to match the woman you’re becoming.
We close this phase with the art of aligned manifestation — preparing you to enter the apprenticeship with confidence and purpose.

Phase Two: The Five Element Oracle Apprenticeship (June 21 – November 21, 2026)

This is where you become fluent in the language of human nature.

The Yang Arc — Mastery and Service

After three months of healing, clearing, and rebuilding your internal foundation, you enter the second arc of this journey —where your inner work becomes applied skill.

You learn to see through the elemental lens, read the patterns that shape human nature, and support others without losing your own center.

Phase Two follows the Sheng (Generating) Cycle of Chinese Medicine — Fire → Earth → Metal → Water → Wood — so your learning unfolds in the same order energy moves through nature.

Each elemental module includes:

• The Element Itself — its emotions, physical manifestations, archetypes, expressions, and spiritual qualities

• A traditional, non-psychoactive plant dieta (gentle, guided, lineage-rooted) to deepen your relationship to that element

• Birth Chart Reading for the element — constitution, emotional response, and challenge/calling

• Chinese Face Reading features associated with that elemental type

• Element-specific energy clearing using pendulum work and subtle intuitive sensing techniques

• Meditations, rituals, and embodied practices to harmonize that element within you

You learn to recognize each elemental signature — in yourself, in your relationships, and in your clients — and how to restore harmony at the emotional, energetic, and behavioral levels.

This is where personal mastery becomes the foundation of professional service.

Month 4 — Fire  (June 21 – July 21)
Theme: Joy • Expression • Connection
You deepen into Heart energetics, explore Fire face features, study Fire Birth Chart signatures, and learn how anxiety, heartbreak, insecurity, and disconnection manifest in Fire types.
Energy clearing focuses on restoring calm, coherence, confidence, and authentic expression.

Month 5 — Earth (July 21 – August 21)
Theme: Nourishment • Belonging • Stability
You explore emotional digestion, boundaries, self-worth, and the Earth patterns of worry and over-giving.
This month strengthens your ability to hold space for others without absorbing their pain — a core capacity for any healer or leader.

Month 6 — Metal (August 21 – September 21)
Theme: Truth • Refinement • Release
You study Lung/Large Intestine energetics, Metal face features, and the emotional patterns of grief, perfectionism, judgment, and heaviness.
Energy clearing supports precise release — helping you let go of what is outdated or misaligned.

Month 7 — Water (September 21 – October 21)
Theme: Depth • Trust • Stillness
You explore fear patterns, resilience, intuitive development, and nervous system regulation.
Water strengthens your ability to act from wisdom instead of reactivity, and to hold the deeper emotional layers in yourself and others.

Month 8 — Wood (October 21 – November 21)
Theme: Purpose • Vision • Expansion
You integrate everything learned so far through the lens of direction, growth, decision-making, and movement.
You learn how frustration, stagnation, and internal pressure show up — and how to guide others into grounded forward momentum.

Month 9 — Integration & Completion (Late November)
Theme: Coherence • Synthesis • Embodiment
A month devoted to weaving everything together.
You revisit foundational practices, complete a full Five Element Energy Clearing, and learn advanced frameworks such as:

• the 9-year elemental cycle

• elemental decades

• the private vs. public faces

• advanced pattern recognition

• building full elemental healing sessions

We close in ceremony — honoring your transformation and your emergence as a rooted, intuitive, capable healer.

The Cycle Complete

This is not just study — it is embodiment, integration, and lived wisdom.

You heal the element within you so you can recognize, interpret, and guide it within others.

By the end of this arc, you won’t just understand the Five Elements.
You will be fluent in them — in your work, your relationships, and your life.
