About Hana 

 

I can guide you because I have walked this path myself…

 In 2014 I felt lost. I was depressed, heavier than I had ever been, directionless, and disconnected from myself, my relationships, and the world around me. My mood was unstable, my hormones were a mess, I was deeply tired no matter what, and my body ached for no apparent reason.

I didn't realize it at the time, but so much of the physical, emotional, and spiritual pain I was in was a result of just not loving myself. 

I tried so many things to find my way back home to my heart - therapy, exercise, self-help books, diets, but nothing really made a difference until I got to the root of the imbalance and devised a powerful daily routine that would help me grow my seeds of self-love every single day. 

Through a consistent practice, I’ve shed my layers of weight, balanced my hormones, worked through my blockages, created new emotional patterns, discovered peace within myself, found purpose in my life, and I now serve women EVERYWHERE so that they may heal as I have through my transformative in-person and virtual offerings. 

I am a licensed and board certified Acupuncturist in New York and North Carolina, a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and a doctoral candidate. I have a masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a pre-med degree in Health Education, and a minor in Public Health.
