BALANCE YOUR HORMONES NATURALLY WITH ACUPRESSURE!

WELCOME TO YOUR BONUS WORKSHOP!
In this powerful and in-depth workshop you will learn how to heal your hormones naturally with acupressure. Chinese medicine is a complex system of healing so I recommend that you watch this workshop after spending some time with the other modules in The Balanced Woman System as it requires quite a bit of familiarity with the 5 Elements. You are also welcome to jump right in!
I cover everything from the key functions of the 5 Elements to crystal and stone healing, Qi Gong practices to energize the meridians and move stagnation, which acupoints to implement at different stages of your hormonal cycle, and beyond!
Action Steps:
1. Download the Acupressure Workbook.
2. Save the Acupressure Crystal Reference Chart for easy access.
3. Identify which hormonal phase you are currently in and what crystal will benefit you most at this time and practice infusing the point with your healing intention.
4. Listen to the BONUS Crystal Healing meditation.
Your Mantra:
Repeat this mantra during your crystal meditation.
"I am connected, I am grounded, I am flowing."
Journal Prompt:
In what ways do I see nature reflected in me? How am I connected to the trees, sun, soil, mountains, oceans, and rivers?
FAQs:
Is it better to use raw or polished stones?
I love both! The stones that I find in nature I prefer to keep in their natural state but when I buy them from crystal shops or sellers I really love the artistry behind the polishing and carving of crystals. It doesn't diminish their effectiveness if they have been polished or faceted.
Where do you buy your crystals?
I get them from all over the place! Crystal shops, thrift stores, mines, etc. If you specifically want ethically sourced crystals Etsy has so many incredible shops.
How hard should I massage the acupoint?
Massaging the point should be fairly light and gentle. If you sit with a point for a long time though you may gradually press down in order to access a deeper flow of Qi.
Does it matter which metal I use with crystal jewelry?
Yes, gold is generally regarded as more tonifying (nourishing) so it is best used in conditions that are more cold or deficient in nature whereas silver is more dispersing and it more effective in areas of stagnation, tightness, and tension.
What books do you recommend to learn more about Crystals and Acupressure?
Stone Medicine by Leslie J. Franks is the single best book I've found regarding the usage of crystals in the practice of Chinese Medicine. The Crystal Bible is also an excellent and more portable reference book.
Which crystal do you recommend to improve sleep?
There are MANY crystals that will help improve sleep but amethyst, selenite, moonstone, and lepidolite are my favorite. Amethyst is especially beneficial if you wear it to sleep.
Can I do this every day?
Yes! Acupressure it most effective when you practice it consistently.
Are there any points I shouldn't press when I'm pregnant?
Yes, the following points are best avoided when in the later stages of pregnancy: SP6, LI4, BL60, BL67, GB21, LU7, and points in the lower abdomen (eg, CV3–CV7) and sacral region (eg, BL27–34).
